Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the FileTax.com Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age. Both the referring individual (“Member”) and referred individual (“Referral”) must maintain active FileTax.com accounts in good standing.

Referral Reward

To qualify for a reward, the Referral must:

• Be a new FileTax.com customer (has not previously filed a tax return or extension through FileTax.com);

• Sign up using the Member’s unique referral link;

• Purchase and successfully complete a paid, one-time DIY tax return filing through FileTax.com. (Returns filed through Done-For-You and FileTax+ membership options are not eligible for reward.)

Once the Referral has successfully completed their filing, the Member will receive the reward amount advertised at the time of referral. Rewards are typically issued within 7 business days of the Referral’s completed filing.

Limitations

Self-referrals or attempts to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in disqualification.

FileTax.com reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or if the filing is canceled, refunded, or otherwise deemed invalid.

Offer Restrictions

This offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless explicitly stated.

Reward Delivery

Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the Member’s account. FileTax.com is not responsible for incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable email addresses.

Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at FileTax.com’s sole discretion.

Program Changes

FileTax.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
